Hi Everyone!

My name is Tara Storch and I am SO excited to have this website to share with you! Thanks for checking it out! I hope you will find it very helpful….it’s full of great information!

A bit about me…I am married to a great guy named Todd (in the picture on left), a mom of three VERY busy kids and also, I am an Executive Regional Vice President with Arbonne!!  I got to this level in just 10 months of starting my Arbonne business by sharing the products with family and friends.  And, through that system of sharing, I have developed a fun group of friends doing the business with me!  Also, thanks to Arbonne, I have a fun R350 Mercedes (bye-bye Suburban!) to drive.  To be honest, the car was not my ”why” to do this business, but it’s a GREAT perk!   To read my story, click on the link above called “My Story” to see how and the real “why” I am doing Arbonne!

How do I do this. business? ..it’s simple - “Would you like to try a FREE anti-aging line in your home for 3 days that I KNOW will get you incredible results…no risk, no obligation to purchase…just let me know what you think….that’s it!” …who would turn down that offer, right?  This is how our team markets Arbonne!  We don’t have product parties, we don’t stock product, we don’t store products...we market by passing out FREE tester kits of  Arbonne’s premier anti-aging line…ingenius, isn’t it?

This business if not for everyone, however, I always feel that if someone is unhappy at their job, wants to be at home with their children, be out of the hustle and bustle of Coporate America , work from home part-time yet making a full-time salary (that’s me!), pay off debt, retire early, or simply have a part-time job…you simply just NEED to hear about Arbonne!!!

My Arbonne journey started 10 months ago, with a phone call from my sister-in-law, ERVP Wendy Taylor. She said to me enthusiastically, “I would love you to hear about this exciting business!” I replied, “I am too busy for another thing!” I almost said, “No,” but am glad I did not. I would have missed out on such a great adventure.

I already had my own home-based business, making a hand-made product. It was something that started as a hobby and turned into a great business. It brought some wonderful “mad money” for me, but I had to do a lot of craft shows and home parties to generate customers. In order to sell more product, I had to create more, have inventory on hand and do more shows. Needless to say, after four years, I became very tired and craved something new to do.

My husband and I are blessed to be able to afford a lifestyle for our family where I stay home with our three children. I was already very involved in my kid’s school, had another home-based business, and was involved in our church and other activities. Adding more to my plate was a little hard to think about. I did not think I would ever be able to find a business I could do without having to do all the home parties. Then, my sister-in-law called in August of 2005, to tell me about all the benefits of the Arbonne business. I was quick to give her a list of the reasons why I could not do it. In the end, it all came down to me thinking I did not have any time to give to one more thing in my life. I rattled off a list of excuses, but something inside me was curious about this business.

I immediately talked to my husband, Todd, who was supportive from day one. My next step was to call my friend, RVP Kay Cain, who went with me to my first Presentation. Kay had such an entrepreneurial spirit, and I knew she would see potential in the business. Within a couple weeks, we decided to jump into this together. I became a Consultant because I saw the business as something unique and impressive. So, off we went together, as a team.

A few months later, I was on track to become an Area Manager. Then, I had three DMs on my team decide to quit and needless to say, I was quite discouraged. I took a deep breath and realized I was going to have to rebuild my business. I promised myself when I started I would give the business one year; therefore, I would not give up, although I really wanted to. I began to heavily increase my activity level with the Arbonne=REsults™ system and I got support from all directions, including family, friends and even strangers.

In February of 2006, we had a meeting in Louisiana to introduce Arbonne to my family there. Most of them came by to say hello to us, but no one was interested in the business — or so we thought! After returning to Texas, I had a handful of cousins, EAM Amy Kent, EAM Heidi Carter, EAM Jan Brumfield and AM Melissa Neal see the vision and join my team. Those girls exploded with excitement and took Arbonne to a new level in their area.

I love the fact Arbonne truly promotes working together as a team. Helping those in your downline reach their goals, will in turn help you reach yours. I have never had that type of team environment in any job I had in the past. It makes a huge difference when you know you are supported by those around you and others are helping you reach your next step.

The main thing I have learned from this business is perseverance. I tell my team this is not a race — it is a business you grow at your own pace. Keep yourself plugged into the system, make goals and let your team help you reach them. I highly recommend sharing this opportunity with as many people as you can, because it is truly a gift. Through this experience, I have learned a lot about myself and others, and have been amazed at what people can do when they find their focus. Someone wrote that this business can be seen like dealing a deck of cards — you keep going until you find the Aces. I found my Aces with my dedicated team!

To ERVP Wendy Taylor: Thank you for your constant support and belief in me. You have given me your patience, love and time. I could not imagine going through this journey without you. To RVP Kay Cain: Thank you for holding my hand and jumping into this adventure with me. We have had many laughs and a lot of fun on this journey so far. You are a wonderful friend!

To my cousins, EAM Heidi Carter, EAM Jan Brumfield, EAM Amy Kent and AM Melissa Neal: Thank you for trusting me enough to take a chance. You have truly amazed me with your passion and dedication; I am so proud of you!

To my special friends, EAM Lisa Holt, EAM Caroline Ozymy and EDM Lorraine Mitchell, as well as all my DMs: Your positive attitudes are contagious. I look forward to watching you meet your goals!

To my husband, Todd: You are my everything. From being my rock throughout this journey, to being my number one cheerleader, you have given me unending love and support. Thank you for always having positive words to keep me going. I love you so much! To my children, Taylor, Ryan and Peyton: Thank you for understanding when mommy has had “Arbonne stuff” to do. I love you to the moon and back.

To my best friends, Beth and Matt Sunshine: You have cheered me on from day one! I am so lucky to have you in my life.
